Elections Must Be Held as Per Rules – Producers,Several producers within the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce association stated that some individuals are selfishly attempting to postpone the elections.
This meeting was held under the leadership of former Telugu Film Chamber President Basireddy, former Telugu Film Chamber Producers’ Sector Chairman Dr. Pratani Ramakrishna Goud, and Telugu Film Chamber Producer Sector EC Member Mohan Goud.
Since the current body’s term expires this July, the producers, who met today at former Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce President Basireddy’s office, unanimously resolved to immediately make arrangements for the elections.
They emphasized that elections should be held every two years as per association rules and that it is inappropriate for some to propose continuing the current members with their own agenda.
The producers also stated that some are engaging in low-grade propaganda in the media, claiming that the current body will continue. The producers warned that elections must be held democratically and that those attempting to obstruct them will not succeed.
On Monday, July 7th, at 10:30 AM, all producers, led by producers Basireddy and Dr. Pratani Ramakrishna Goud, will jointly submit a memorandum to the Telugu Film Chamber.
Following the submission of the memorandum, there will be a press conference. Therefore, the producers who met today requested all producers to participate in this memorandum submission program and press meet.
Producers Ramesh Naidu, Lion Sai Venkat, K. Suresh Babu, Bodapati Murali, Ravindra Gopal G. Sudarshan Rao, Gururaj, Vinjamuri Madhu, Shankar Goud, Bhanuru Nagaraju, Bandaru Amar, P.L.K. Reddy, Ranga Ravindra Gupta (Bullet Ravi), Munnavar Ali, Mitthana Eeshwar, RVN Varaprasad, Veerareddy, and others participated in this meeting.
