Hero Vijay Deverakonda’s Team Condemns False Propaganda on Social Media

Facing negativity on social media is nothing new for actor Vijay Deverakonda. Having risen to pan-India fame without any industry background, Vijay has often been the target of jealousy and misinformation. Over the years, several false claims regarding his films and personal life have surfaced online.

Recently, certain social media users have been spreading fake news related to the shooting of his upcoming film Ranabali. The fabricated posts claim that Vijay is increasing the production burden on the producers by demanding 50–60 assistants and multiple caravans, and that the producers have allegedly filed a complaint against him with the Producers Council. These claims are completely false.

What is more concerning is that these misleading posts have been designed to appear as if they were published by reputed media outlets, with forged logos and branding of organizations such as The Times of India, Way2SMS, and 123telugu.com, in an attempt to make the misinformation look authentic.

Vijay Deverakonda’s team strongly condemned this behavior, stating that a few individuals and fan groups have stooped to spreading false narratives out of jealousy. The team urged audiences not to believe such baseless reports and reiterated that Vijay has always been a producer-friendly actor who values and supports the interests of filmmakers.

The team further requested that the concerned media organizations, along with the cybercrime authorities, take strict legal action against those responsible for creating and circulating these fake posts and for misusing the names and logos of established media platforms.
