Actor Sivaji expressed immense confidence in Lenin during the film’s pre-release event, calling it a “gunshot blockbuster” and one of the closest films to his heart. Reflecting on his journey, he recalled that his career began with an opportunity from Annapurna Studios through Nagarjuna and thanked the actor along with director YVS Chowdary for their support. Shivaji said audiences will see only the characters in Lenin, not the actors, and described it as the perfect film for Akhil, delivering exactly what fans have been waiting for.
Speaking about Akhil, Sivaji said he had personally witnessed Nagarjuna’s unwavering dedication towards his son’s success and that Lenin reflects the passion of a father who wants to see his son excel. Having known Akhil since childhood, Sivaji said it was a proud moment to see him evolve into the powerful character of Lenin. He also praised Bhagya Shri Borse’s performance and said audiences would be talking about his own character, Yathiraju, after watching the film, while adding that Thaman’s music is another major highlight.
Calling Lenin a “social Mahabharata,” Sivaji expressed confidence that the film will resonate strongly with audiences and become another blockbuster for the Akkineni family. He said he was fortunate to have worked with Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Nagarjuna, and now Akhil across generations.
