A New Journey Driven by Social Responsibility
The team of the private song ‘Oh Naa Sidhayya’, featuring Katyayani Jagan as Chittemma and Siddu Reddy Kandakattla as Sidhayya, along with Director Ramu and DOP Arun, organised a grand job fair in Hi-Tech City with the objective of combining entertainment with social responsibility.
Siddu Reddy Kandakattla, who is making his entry into the music industry through the private song ‘Oh Naa Sidhayya’, said that his initiatives would not be limited to entertainment but would also focus on creating employment opportunities, extending social support and contributing to community development.
Participation from 70+ IT and Non-IT Companies
1,000+ Job Opportunities; Large Number of Job Seekers Attend
Hyderabad, September 29: With the aim of fulfilling social responsibility alongside entertainment, the team of the private song ‘Oh Naa Sidhayya’ organised a large-scale job fair at Cyber Gardens, Jubilee Enclave, near Shilparamam, Hi-Tech City.
The event witnessed a large turnout of job seekers. Siddu Reddy Kandakattla, Katyayani Jagan, actress Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Nilofer Café proprietor Baburao, and others attended the programme and extended their support.
More than 70 IT and non-IT companies participated in the job fair, offering over 1,000 employment opportunities. Candidates were given an opportunity to interact directly with company representatives and attend interviews. Eligible candidates were also provided opportunities to receive spot offer letters.
Job Opportunities Across Multiple Sectors
Leading organisations including TCS, Sagility, Teleperformance, HGS, Tata Motors, Tech Mahindra, Digitide, Genpact, Justdial, Reliance Digital, Axis Bank, IDBI Bank and Neon Motors, among others, participated in the job fair.
Job opportunities were available across several sectors, including IT, software, banking, logistics, automobiles, pharmaceuticals, nursing, marketing, digital marketing, hospitality, sales, driving, engineering, accounts, voice and non-voice processes.
Opportunities were offered to candidates with qualifications ranging from 10th standard, Intermediate, ITI and Diploma to B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Com, MBA and other degree qualifications. Both freshers and experienced professionals participated in the job fair.
Health Insurance Support for 300 Auto Drivers and Their Families
As part of its social responsibility initiatives, the team has extended health insurance coverage of ₹3 lakh each to 300 auto drivers and their families, which can be utilised for various medical needs. The organisers also stated that financial assistance of up to ₹10.50 lakh would be provided in the event of an unforeseen incident, subject to the applicable terms.
The organisers said that the job fair was organised with the same spirit of extending meaningful support to the community.
Insurance Support for Technical Crew
The team has also undertaken an initiative to provide insurance support to members of the direction, camera and other technical departments who worked on the making of the ‘Oh Naa Sidhayya’ song.
The initiative is aimed at extending support and protection to the technical professionals who contributed behind the scenes to the project, the organisers said.
‘Oh Naa Sidhayya’ features music by Kalyan Keys, while Ram Adnan handled the lyrics and direction. Ram Adnan and Srinidhi lent their voices to the song. Arun Koluguri handled the Director of Photography and editing responsibilities.
