Britney Spears is officially single nearly a year and a half after ex-husband Sam Asghari filed for divorce, according to reports.
According to court documents, Spears was declared legally single on Monday. The ruling falls on the pop icon’s 43rd birthday (Dec. 2.).
Spears addressed the split in an Instagram video , “6 years is a long time to be with someone so, I’m a little shocked but … I’m not here to explain why because it’s honestly nobody’s business !!!”
