The film Santhana Prapthirasthu stars Vikranth and Chandini Chowdary in the lead roles. It is being jointly produced by Madhura Sreedhar Reddy and Nirvi Hariprasad Reddy under the banners of Madhura Entertainment and Nirvi Arts. Directed by Sanjeev Reddy, the screenplay is written by Shaik Dawood G. The film is set for a grand theatrical release on November 14.
Today, producer Suresh Babu launched the lyrical song Telusa Nee Kosame from the movie at an event held at Ramanaidu Studios, Hyderabad. Music director Ajay Arasada, known for his work on successful projects like AAY and Save The Tigers, has beautifully composed the song. The lyrics are penned by Sreemani, while Armaan Malik has rendered the track with his soulful voice.
Screenplay writer Shaik Dawood G said, “India has now surpassed China in population, becoming the most populous country in the world. At the same time, the number of IVF and fertility centers has increased rapidly. We explored the reasons behind this in an entertaining way through this story. Santhana Prapthirasthu is a fun-filled family entertainer that everyone can enjoy together. We are confident that audiences will love it and hope for your support.”
Music director Ajay Arasada said, “Recently, I’ve been working on several entertaining projects like AAY, Save The Tigers, and 3 Roses. During that time, Sreedhar Garu invited me to work on Santhana Prapthirasthu. When I watched the movie, it gave me a very organic feel, which inspired me to compose the background score. Out of that BGM came this song Telusa Nee Kosame. Sreemani wrote beautiful lyrics, and Armaan Malik sang it wonderfully. I thank my entire music team for their support.”
Producer Madhura Sreedhar Reddy said, “Despite India’s huge population, there are still a large number of fertility centers. That’s where the story began. Childbirth issues have become a serious concern among busy professionals, especially software engineers. We’ve been witnessing this social issue for some years now. With this concept, we made Santhana Prapthirasthu as a clean family entertainer without any vulgarity. Our close circles who watched the movie have given us excellent feedback.
Small films often face release challenges, but we are moving forward confidently with the support of Suresh Productions. All our previous films have been distributed by them. I promised Suresh Babu Garu that we wouldn’t disappoint him. After showing him the teaser and trailer, he appreciated the film’s contemporary theme and entertainment value. Telusa Nee Kosame is a beautiful song that naturally emerges from the story – it will definitely be a chartbuster. Director Sanjeev works with sincerity; we’ve been collaborating since ABCD.
We searched for the right hero for a long time, and we found Vikranth – a brilliant performer who gave full cooperation throughout the shoot. You’ll see how perfect he is for the role when you watch the film. Chandini has also performed beautifully. Tharun Bhascker, Vennela Kishore, and Abhinav delivered excellent roles. We’re coming to theatres in just three weeks and hope for everyone’s support.”
Director Sanjeev Reddy said, “This film is based on the challenges faced by modern-day couples, but it doesn’t preach or give messages. It’s told in a fun and entertaining way. Our producers Sreedhar Garu and Hariprasad Garu provided everything we needed, from artists to production support. Vikranth looks even more charming off-screen – in the film, he plays a software engineer and appears just like one. He supported us greatly throughout.
Ajay Garu composed Telusa Nee Kosame from a background score idea, and the chemistry between the lead pair shines through the song. I thank my passionate team for their hard work, which made this movie what it is.”
Hero Vikranth said, “When I first heard the story of Santhana Prapthirasthu, I was very happy. The story addresses a burning issue faced by today’s society, but in a lighthearted, message-free way. Many young couples face social pressure when they don’t have children, which mentally affects them – tthis film also touches that emotional aspect.
If my performance in this film is appreciated, the credit goes to our director Sanjeev Reddy. I thank our producers Sreedhar Garu and Hariprasad Garu for giving me this opportunity. Ajay Arasada’s background score has elevated the film to another level. My all-time favorite song from this film is Telusa Nee Kosame, beautifully written by Sreemani and sung by Armaan Malik.
I thank my co-actors Vennela Kishore, Tarun Bhascker, Abhinav, and the entire cast. Chandini’s performance will surely impress everyone. Santhana Prapthirasthu is a wholesome family film that upholds family values without any obscenity. We’re releasing in theatres on November 14 and hope you all will support us.”
Producer Suresh Babu said, “I wish the entire Santhana Prapthirasthu team all the best. Madhura Sreedhar is a good friend of mine. From a software engineer to a passionate filmmaker, his efforts have always been successful. The songs of this movie are very good. Congratulations to music director Ajay. I sincerely hope this film becomes a musical hit.”

Anand Ravi is a popular writer-actor, who shot to fame with his work in critically acclaimed films like Napoleon, Prathinidhi and Korameenu in the recent past. The actor-director is back with a powerful film and a fresh, unique concept under the Acharya Creations banner.
Anand Ravi raised curiosity about this project with a creative promotional video revealing its genre. Today, the makers unveiled the film’s title glimpse at a grand launch event in Hyderabad. The entire team was present to reveal the title – “Napoleon Returns.”
The title glimpse begins with Anand Ravi lodging a complaint at a police station about a buffalo ghost problem. The fast-paced, thrilling visuals heighten the intrigue surrounding the film. Like Raghu Babu, everyone is eager to know more about the mysterious buffalo ghost.
The presence of a child’s skull in the house hints at a new kind of horror and suspense. In the end, there’s a clever reference to Napoleon, as a police officer asks Anand Ravi if he was the one who previously complained about losing his shadow.
The visuals are rich, and the background score further amplifies the tension and intrigue. The film also stars Anand Ravi, Divi Vadthya, Auto Ram Prasad, Ragubabu, Surya Ping Pong, Sravan Raghavendra, Anchor Ravi, Ravi Varma, Meesala Lakshman and others in key roles.

For nearly four decades, the Predator has remained one of science fiction’s most enduring and terrifying icons. From stalking commandos in the steamy jungles of Central America to prowling futuristic cities and alien worlds, the Yautja’s lethal evolution mirrors humanity’s own struggle for dominance.
Now, with Predator: Badlands (releasing in India on 7th November, 2025), the franchise’s most ambitious chapter flips the story once more and for the first time, it’s the Predator who’s fighting to survive.
The Origin of the Hunt: 1987’s Jungle Nightmare It all began with 1987’s Predator, directed by John McTiernan. Deep in the rainforest, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Dutch and his team of commandos faced an invisible enemy armed with thermal vision, cloaking technology, and plasma weaponry.
The setting was key — the jungle wasn’t just a backdrop, but a living, breathing adversary. As the soldiers’ strength was stripped away, audiences learned that the alien wasn’t killing out of malice, but for sport.
The Concrete Jungle: Predator 2 (1990) In 1990, the franchise took its first major risk with Predator 2. The urban sprawl of Los Angeles replaced the rainforest, and the heatwave-scorched city became a new kind of jungle. This time, the Predator stalked gangsters, cops, and criminals alike. The sequel also expanded the mythos, hinting that Yautja hunters had visited Earth for centuries, collecting trophies from human warriors.
The Game Preserve and Beyond: Predators (2010) Two decades later, Predators (2010) redefined the formula again. A group of elite human fighters awoke on an alien planet — a massive game preserve used by multiple Predator clans. This chapter revealed the existence of rival species, or “Super Predators,” with their own advanced weaponry and rituals. It also explored internal hierarchies and conflicts among the Yautja.
Humans, once helpless prey, began to adapt — and occasionally turn the tables. For the first time, the Predator wasn’t the ultimate hunter anymore.
A Return to Roots: Prey (2022) In 2022, Prey took audiences back to 1719 North America. Set within the Comanche Nation, it followed Naru (Amber Midthunder), a young warrior who faced off against an early Yautja visitor. The result was one of the most acclaimed entries in the franchise, praised for its Indigenous representation, atmospheric storytelling, and stripped-down survivalist tone. Prey rekindled the spirit of the original while setting the stage for a new era of storytelling.
The Ultimate Evolution: Predator Badlands (2025) The upcoming Predator: Badlands takes the franchise in a bold, unexpected direction. According to early reports, the story follows a young Predator named Dek who forms an uneasy alliance with Thia, an android warrior played by Elle Fanning.Set on a brutal alien world described as the most dangerous planet in the universe, the film reverses the traditional premise. This time the Predator is being hunted.
Director Dan Trachtenberg, returning after Prey, has hinted that Badlands will explore Yautja culture in depth, revealing their moral codes, internal rivalries, and vulnerabilities.
With no human leads, Badlands invites audiences to experience the story from the Predator’s perspective, turning one of sci-fi’s most feared creatures into an unexpected protagonist.
The Court of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, through Order dated 26th September 2025, in I.A. No.6275 of 2025 in O.S.No.441 of 2025, has granted an ad-interim injunction in favour of renowned film actor and philanthropist Konidela Chiranjeevi. The order restrains multiple named parties and in general, any person, from infringing upon Chiranjeevi’s personality and publicity rights, including the unauthorised commercial use of his name, image, voice, and other recognisable attributes. Chiranjeevi, whose distinguished career spans over four decades and includes numerous honours such as the Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan, sought the court’s intervention to stop widespread unpermitted usage of his identity on merchandise, online platforms, and through the application of artificial intelligence technologies.
The court recognised Chiranjeevi as one of the most iconic personalities in the Indian film industry, whose reputation and public esteem have suffered due to the defendant parties’ actions—specifically naming, imaging, video-memes, and merchandise sales without consent. The order emphasises that such exploitation and misrepresentation, especially through digital and AI mediums, pose severe, irreparable harm to Chiranjeevi’s reputation and economic interests.
The injunction immediately restrains defendants No.1 to 33 and defendant No.36 (John Doe) from directly or indirectly using Chiranjeevi’s name, stage titles (including “MEGA STAR”, “CHIRU”, and “ANNAYYA”), voice, image, or any other exclusive personality attribute for any commercial or personal gain, across all formats and media. The order also directs urgent notification to all respondents, with further proceedings scheduled for 27th October, 2025.
Any infringement of personality or publicity rights, or acts of defamation, will unleash severe consequences under both civil and criminal law. All persons and entities including but not limited to television channels, digital platforms and media organizations are expressly cautioned that direct or indirect use, misrepresentation, or distortion of Chiranjeevi’s name, image, voice, likeness, or personality attributes for the purpose of increasing viewership, enhancing TRPs, or deriving any commercial or reputational benefit, without explicit written consent, will be met with the strictest remedies available under law, ensuring robust enforcement of rights and protection against reputational harm. On 11th October, 2025, Chiranjeevi met Mr. Sajjanar, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, and personally handed over a copy of the Court Order to him. During the meeting, Chiranjeevi sought Mr. Sajjanar’s expert advice regarding the process of setting criminal law into motion in this context. The two engaged in a constructive discussion on the need for penal laws to be made fiercer and more coercive to effectively address and deter such violations, reflecting Chiranjeevi’s commitment to combatting unauthorised exploitation of personality rights and also invasion of privacy. Mr. Sajjanar reiterated that the legal action taken by Chiranjeevi serves to reinforce the importance of personality and publicity rights within the Indian entertainment industry, ensuring respect for the individual’s reputation and intellectual property. Chiranjeevi profusely thanks Sri. S. Nagesh Reddy, Advocate and his legal team for their effort and professional expertise. Their commitment, and attention to detail were instrumental in achieving this landmark protection of personality and publicity rights.
For further information or seeking authorization to use Chiranjeevi’s personality rights, pls email to Mr. Sar. Chagla, General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for the Konidela Family (czzarr@moiralegal.com)
