It’s a logic less comedy film made with all cinematic liberties.
The story is set in the fictitious town of Jangli Pattanam predominantly most of the population is from Thutte caste.
Thutte caste is headed by Thuttekula Narayana (VTV Ganesh) using his caste base he is trying for MLA ticket in that region, Satya Prakash (freedom Raju) is his competitor for the MLA ticket.
His world turns upside down when his daughter Swetha (Niharika NM) runs away from home. Worried about his reputation and fear of losing MLA ticket Narayana, with the help of SI Sagar (Vennela Kishore), begins searching for her — only to discover that she is somehow cinematically connected to a gang of four friends: Chaitanya (Priyadarshi), Abhay (Rag Mayur), Satvik (Vishnu Oi), and Rajeev (Prasad Behara) who constitute mitra mandali.
Initially Rag Mayur and Satvik try to woo Niharika but in the process she gets connected to Priyadarshini.
From then on its story of comedy of errors with Darshi and Niharika trying to get married illogical situational comedy generated during chases from Thutte gang headed by side kick Jeevan Kumar and Satya Prakash which drive the story forward for a illogical conclusion.
During the narration Satya comes as an important character to create fun and drive the story forward, he did an excellent job.
Jambar Gimbar Lala song in second half filmed on Darshi and Niharika is fun and entertaining.
Vennela Kishore did well as SI in a comical role performing the interrogations and chases.
Over all it’s a no brainer comedy of errors movie like Jathi Ratnalu.
