In the movie “Arjun S/O Vijayanthi”, Vijayashanti is playing a powerful role. Directed by Pradeep Chilukuri, this film is produced by Ashok Vardhan Muppa and Sunil Balusu under the banners of Ashoka Creations and NTR Arts.
The movie is scheduled for a grand worldwide theatrical release on April 18th. On this occasion, the makers organized a massive pre-release & trailer launch event.
The Man of Masses, Young Tiger NTR, attended the event. Speaking at the event, he said, “Whenever I stood on this stage with my brother, my father used to come and speak many times. Today, it feels like the void of my father’s absence has been filled. Many great actors have entertained us wonderfully by doing great films.
But the greatness achieved by Vijayashanti garu has not been achieved by any other woman. She has done many diverse roles like ‘Karthavyam’, ‘Pratighatana’, ‘Magarayudu’.
To my knowledge, no actress in India has done such diverse roles as Vijayashanti garu. That credit belongs to her alone. Vijayashanti garu is the only woman who stood equal to heroes on the Indian cinema map. I believe that the idea for this film also started from the thought of what would happen if a son was born to the character in ‘Karthavyam’
