The Telugu Film Producers Council extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Honorable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, Minister of Human Resources Development, IT, and Electronics and Communications Nara Lokesh, Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Cinematography Kandula Durgesh, and the Andhra Pradesh Film Development Corporation (AP FDC) for deciding to bring a new policy for the development of the Telugu film industry in Andhra Pradesh.
In this regard, the Telugu Film Producers Council, the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce, representatives of the Telugu film industry, and prominent producers have already met with Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, and Cinematography Minister Shri Kandula Durgesh, and submitted proposals related to the development of the Telugu film industry in Andhra Pradesh, including the construction of studios/infrastructure in Vizag, Tirupati, Rajahmundry, and the allocation of land for housing for producers, artists, directors, and technicians.
We have also conveyed our full cooperation and support to the Andhra Pradesh government for the rapid development of the Telugu film industry in Andhra Pradesh. Furthermore, we have requested the revival of the Nandi Awards and the distribution of pending awards. Therefore, we respectfully request the Andhra Pradesh government to take swift action in this matter, so that the Telugu film industry can move forward in establishing the necessary infrastructure for film production in Andhra Pradesh.
