Coming to the story young Pawan Kalyan grows up as a orphan in a small hamlet in deep Nallamalla forest.

Chandra Shekhar Rao(K.S Ravi Kumar)  comes to the forest as a school teacher. During a chance encounter with Pawan Kalyan spots the talent in him and make him join the school and names him Ustaad Bhaghat Singh.

Later after winning the state best teacher award K.S.Ravi Kumar  joins politics and moves away from the forest.

After a certain period of time Pawan Kalyan becomes a honest IPS officer in the old city of Hyderabad and his teacher K.S Ravi Kumar becomes C.M.

In Hyderabad during a nuisance created by Nalla Naggapa (Parthiban) men during Ratha Yatra for denying MLA ticket to his son Nalla Seenu(Temper Vamsi), Pawan Kalyan gets in to tussle with Nalla Naggapa  and his son Nalla Seenu.

The rest of the story is atrocities created by dreaded evil Nalla Naggapa using his International terrorist links especially Muslim Jihadi groups  to become C.M and politically establish his family and how Pawan Kalyan decimates his plans to protect his teacher K.S Ravi Kumar  and the society from such evil demons.

The story runs partly in flashback and partly in its current state,In first half Rao Ramesh as timber dealer did an okay job, Rashi Khanna has nothing much to perform other than being used as a bait to lure Nalla Naggapa gang members into the forest.

Pawan Kalyan and Sree Leela episode in flashback is made with all cinematic liberties to show Vintage Pawan Kalyan dances, fights and romance.

K.S.Ravi Kumar performed well in his role as a Teacher, later as C.M and his journey with Pawan Kalyan.

Gautami,Chamak Chandra,Prabhas, Satyam Rajesh did well in supporting roles.

The film may get criticized for preaching Hindu Dharma and showing muslims as Jihadi terrorists.

Unlike Gabbar Singh the entertainment quotient in terms of songs and comedy are minimal, other than mindless gun fights and violence.

Over hyped Pawan Kalyan full fledged dances in the film are okay , Collar Ey Ethara by Ram Miryala was the saving grace.

It’s much better if less talked about music and noisy background score in the same tone  throughout the film.

For the general audience it’s an average entertainer with outdated storyline, Pawan Kalyan fans may like the film to see Vintage Pawan Kalyan of the 90s era with his fights, mannerisms and looks.

Harish Shankar still not finding his luck in rehashing/remaking/rewriting successful Hindi, Tamil film templates.
