French President Emmanuel Macron has said he will discuss with European allies the possibility of using France’s nuclear deterrent to protect the continent from Russian threats, amid concerns over potential US disengagement.

With remunerations soaring into hundreds of crores, cinema has transformed into a massive gamble like never before. In a scenario where heroes and directors are taking home hundreds of crores in remuneration, others working on those films are also drastically increasing their rates. Sun Pictures, which had given the green light to a Salman Khan-Atlee combination film, backed out when the budget reached 500 crores. They said it would be okay if it included Rajinikanth or Kamal Haasan along with Salman, but otherwise, it would be canceled.
