“Bhagavanthudu” stars Thiruveer in the lead role, with Faria Abdullah as the heroine. Kannada actor Rishi will also be seen in a key role. The film is presented by Asian Films Narayan Das Narang and Panasa Shankaraya Goud, and produced by successful producer Ravi Panasa under the banner of Ravi Panasa Film Corporation as Production No. 1. G.G. Vihari is making his directorial debut with this project. The movie is being made as a romantic period political action drama and is gearing up for release soon. Marking International Labours Day today, the makers released the song “Saranamanna Saranam.”
The song is a tribute to the strength of labor. It has been composed with an inspiring tone by HI KP, while singer Kumara Vagdevi has rendered it with deep emotion. Speaking about the song, the makers of “Bhagavanthudu” said, “In our soil, every task begins in the presence of a mother goddess. Before ploughing the fields, we invoke Poleramma; while working on irrigation tanks, we remember Gangamma; and in times of hardship and happiness, we pray to Yellamma. These mother goddesses symbolize the courage that stands with workers in every drop of their sweat. In our culture, no work begins or ends without seeking the blessings of these divine mothers. ‘Saranamanna Saranam’ is our tribute to these goddesses and to all working communities. It echoes the heartbeat of laborers from the farmer holding the plough, to the blacksmith with his hammer, to the potter turning the wheel. This song is dedicated to the hands that turn blood into sweat and create life from the soil, and to the tools carried by those hands. It stands as an anthem for the working communities of this country, a life song for those who respect and worship both labor and motherhood. On this May Day, we offer our salutations to the people of the soil and the mother goddesses who protect them like the apple of their eye.”
